What Aidisor is

Aidisor is a financial education platform. We provide educational content, AI-powered guidance, and tools to help you understand and improve your personal finances.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aidisor. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older. If we discover that a user is under 18 we will delete their account immediately.

You must be a resident of the United States to use Aidisor.

Your account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information when you sign up
• Notifying us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Use Aidisor for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt our services
• Scrape or copy our content without permission
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Share false or misleading financial information
• Use our AI features to generate harmful or misleading financial advice for others

Financial disclaimer

The financial information, lessons, AI responses, and tools provided by Aidisor are for educational purposes only. Specifically:

• The "Can I Afford That?" feature provides general guidance based on information you enter — it is not a substitute for professional financial advice
• AI chat responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate — verify important financial decisions with a licensed professional
• Investment information on Aidisor is educational only — past performance does not guarantee future results
• All financial projections and calculations on Aidisor are estimates based on general assumptions

Aidisor is not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on information from our platform.

Intellectual property

All content on Aidisor — including lessons, graphics, code, and branding — is owned by Aidisor and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

Your personal data remains yours. We do not claim ownership over the financial information you enter into Aidisor.

Pro subscription

Aidisor offers a Pro subscription at $9 per month. By subscribing:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method monthly
• You can cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you have not used Pro features
• We reserve the right to change Pro pricing with 30 days notice

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing deep@aidisor.com. We will delete all your data within 30 days.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aidisor is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of Aidisor after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New York, New York.
