Who we are

Aidisor is a financial education platform built to help young Americans learn about money, set financial goals, and make smarter decisions. We are operated by Aidisor and can be reached at deep@aidisor.com.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly when you create an account or use our services:

• Email address — used to create your account and send you important updates
• Name and age range — used to personalize your experience
• Financial profile information — income, expenses, debt, and savings data you voluntarily enter to power personalized features
• Financial goals — the goals you set and track within the app
• Usage data — features you use, lessons you complete, and how you interact with the app

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your Aidisor account
• Personalize your financial education experience
• Power the AI advisor with your financial context
• Send verification codes and important account emails
• Send weekly money report emails (you can opt out at any time)
• Track your goal progress and send milestone celebrations
• Improve our product and fix bugs

We do NOT sell your data to third parties. We do NOT use your data for advertising. Aidisor is ad-free.

Third-party services we use

To provide our services we use the following trusted third-party providers:

• Supabase — our database provider. Your account data is stored securely on Supabase servers. Supabase Privacy Policy
• EmailJS — used to send verification codes and weekly reports from deep@aidisor.com. EmailJS Privacy Policy
• Anthropic Claude API — powers our AI advisor feature. Your financial context is sent to the API to generate personalized responses. Anthropic does not use your data to train their models. Anthropic Privacy Policy

Data storage and security

Your data is stored in Supabase's secure cloud database with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We use HTTPS for all connections. Your password is never stored in plain text — it is hashed using SHA-256 before it is saved to our database. We still recommend using a strong, unique password for your Aidisor account.

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and not share your account credentials.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Opt out of weekly report emails at any time
• Export your data in a readable format

Children's privacy

Aidisor is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at deep@aidisor.com.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you signed in to your account. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. The only cookies we set are strictly necessary for the app to function — specifically, to remember your login session.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we make significant changes we will notify you by email. Continued use of Aidisor after changes means you accept the updated policy. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent update.
